Working with your company’s leaders and managers, this highly engaging workshop dives into many important topics, including time management, accountability, change management, conflict resolution, and most importantly, staff development. At the end of this workshop participants will have tangible, individualized action plans to elevate their own results as leaders.
This is a highly customizable workshop with time spent as a group but also one on one with your management team. As a group we look at communication across departments and leaders working together to drive store initiatives. We also work on helping them support each other as they develop their leadership talents.
One on one we let the managers identify areas they would like to develop and then we help set an action plan to help them make small steps to achieve these goals. We do not tell your team what their goals are. We let you come together as a team set up group goals and then individually identify areas to develop. This is fun, interactive and a great way to help develop your management team and leadership staff.
