Leadership, Management and Staff Development combined with real-world tactical sales application.

The Sales Management Academy combines leadership and management techniques with best practices and tactical sales skills. We introduce and reinforce positive coaching behavior. Staff development, time management, sales coaching, difficult conversations, accountability, and managing high-performers are just some of the topics covered. All participants have access to an on-call coach in-between sessions as well as a large body of support materials to assist with real-world implementation.

Leadership, Management, and Staff Development Continued.

Academy Alumni continue to meet within their assigned groups twice each year. Topics and content are dynamic and continue the themes of leadership and staff development. Time is balanced between new content, discussing best practices, and current business trends and challenges. All participants have continued access to an on-call coach in-between sessions as well as a large body of support materials to assist with real-world implementation.
